Cybercrime & Virtual Worlds
Currently, there has been background research done for the model law on cybercrime and whether member states need help either implementing a version of the model law or whether they have their own domestic law which does not reflect the cyber crime model law. We have conducted a survey to ascertain the feelings of law ministers and are working with various international stakeholders who are trying to see the best way forward for the commonwealth.
