Developing and strengthening the transnational dimension in the law curriculum

This paper will explore how law teachers can (and should) develop the law curriculum with a view to assisting students gain a better understanding of transnational issues. The paper will include a case study of the recent Alstom case which illustrates how transnational issues can arise in a range of law courses and why law students should be aware of their implication.
