2013 Commonwealth Moot Final

The Commonwealth Moot final took place in the Cape Town International Convention Centre, alongside the Commonwealth Lawyers Conference. As always, the standard of student mooting teams was extremely high, as observed by the triple bench of Chief Justices.

In the final, the UK team Matthew Sellwood (senior counsel) and Daniele Selmi (junior counsel) faced the Australian team, and our thanks go to the distinguished panel for giving their time and expertise: Hon Chief Justice Ivor Archie (Trinidad and Tobago) in the chair, Hon Chief Justice Christopher Gardiner (Falkland Islands) and Hon Chief Justice Sian Elias (New Zealand).

Our congratulations go to the winning team Matthew Sellwood and Daniele Selmi.
