Durban Keynote: Richard Nzerem

At the 2013 biennial conference, Richard Nzerem will give the Commonwealth Lecture which is a keynote address to the conference, and a link to his abstract is given below.  Richard is the Director of the Sir William Dale Centre for Legislative Studies at the Institute of Advanced Legal Studies (IALS) at the University of London.  His research interests cover: International Relations, Local Government, Political Institutions, Constitutional Law, Administrative Law and Legislative Drafting.  In relation to electoral aspects of constitutional law, Richard has observed 12 presidential and parliamentary elections under the auspices of the Commonwealth.
